Tips hidup sehat yang pertama yaitu, hendaklah anda memelihara kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, lahir dan batin. Karena kebersihan merupakan bagian dari iman. Jadi, bagi orang yang mengaku dirinya beriman, tentunya ia akan menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, baik lahir maupun batin. Bila seseorang memelihara kebersihan, niscaya dia memperoleh kesehatan dan terhindar dari sakit. Kebersihan diri setidaknya kita mandi minimal 2 kali sehari, gosok gigi minimal 2 kali sehari, mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah makan, dll. Sedangkan memelihara lingkungan, melalui pembersihan rumah dan kamar dari kotoran dan sampah, ventilasi rumah cukup memadai, membersihkan selokan dan kotoran yang ada di sekitar rumah, dll.
Tips hidup sehat dari segi makanan dan minuman. Hendaklah mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang halal dan thayyib (halal dan baik). Makanan dan minuman yang halal dan thayyib, dijamin akan kebaikan dan kesehatannya. Halal yang dimaksud adalah, halal baik dari kandungan makanan dan minuman tersebut, maupun halal dari cara memperolehnya. Thayyib, artinya makanan dan minuman tersebut baik dan tidak membahayakan tubuh manusia. Sesuatu yang halal belum tentu thayyib/baik. Contoh : beras mungkin hukumnya halal, tapi kalau dimakan saat masih belum dimasak, mungkin tidak baik untuk kesehatan. Air mentah dari keran, secara hukum halal, tapi belum tentu baik secara kesehatan, bila diminum saat belum dimasak. Hendaklah jangan makan dan minum secara berlebihan. Al-Quran menegaskan,makanlah, minumlah, dan janganlah kalian berlebih-lebihan. (Q.S. Al-Araaf : 31) Islam mengajarkan ummatnya agar menjadi orang yang tidak berlebihan dalam makanan dan minuman. Karena, makanan dan minuman yang berlebihan tidak baik untuk kesehatan. Sehingga ada anjuran yang mengatakan,makanlah ketika lapar, berhentilah sebelum kenyang. Sabda Nabi SAW, Kami adalah kaum yang tidak makan sebelum lapar dan bila kami makan tidak terlalu banyak (tidak sampai kekenyangan) (Muttafaq Alaih). Oleh karena itu, hendaklah kita menyediakan 3 ruang dalam tubuh. Dalam tubuh manusia ada 3 ruang untuk 3 hal: Sepertiga untuk udara, sepertiga untuk air dan sepertiga lainnya untuk makanan.
Tips hidup sehat dari segi rohani, hendaklah senantiasa menjaga akal pikiran, jiwa dan hati dari hal-hal yang mengganggu ketenangan dan kedamaian. Adapun pengamalannya, hendaklah kita selalu menjaga agar menjadi manusia yang selalu husnudz-dzan, berprasangka baik, positif thinking baik kepada Allah SWT maupun kepada orang lain. Tuhan berfirman dalam hadits qudsi,Aku adalah tergantung persangkaan hamba-Ku, kepada-Ku. Maksudnya, bila kita baik sangka kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan memberikan kebaikan. Tapi, bila kita buruk sangka kepada Allah, bisa jadi Allah memberikan hal yang tidak baik, karena sesuai dengan sangkaan kita. Hendaklah kita juga mengurangi buruk sangka kepada orang lain, karena sebagian buruk sangka itu dosa. Tips agar selalu mendapatkan ketenangan dan ketentraman jiwa hendaklah kita banyak berdzikir, mengingat dan berdoa kepada Allah SWT ingatlah, bahwa dengan mengingat Allah, dapat menenangkan hati. (Q.S. Ar-Rad : 28) Dengan berdzikir niscaya dapat menenangkan jiwa. dzikir merupakan sarana yang dapat mencegah stress, kegelisahan,kecemasan, kegundahan, kegalauan dll. Banyak berdoa kepada Allah, berarti kita menggantungkan hidup dan tawakkal hanya kepada Allah SWT. Doa dapat menyehatkan mental dan pikiran. Seseorang yang rajin berdoa, niscaya cara berpikir, pola pikir, mindsetnya akan menjadi sehat pula.
Tips hidup sehat yang keempat yaitu dari segi pelaksanaan puasa. Hendaklah, menyempatkan diri untuk melaksanakan puasa sunnah. Seperti puasa Nabi Daud, sehari puasa sehari tidak. Atau Puasa senin-kamis. Atau Puasa tanggal 13, 14, 15 setiap bulan hijriyah. Atau puasa sunnah lainnya, yang dilakukan menurut kemampuan masing-masing. Nabi SAW bersabda, berpuasalah, niscaya kalian sehat. Konsep sehat dengan berpuasa, sudah banyak dibuktikan oleh dunia kedokteran secara ilmiah dan pernah dilakukan beberapa penelitian terhadap orang yang berpuasa, seperti yang dilakukan oleh para dokter di rumah sakit di Surabaya.

Suatu hari setelah saya lulus dari smp,saya bingung harus bersekolah dimana,padahal sekarang dimana-mana sekolah mahal.
sedangkan saya adalah orang yang kurang mampu.
lalu saya bertemu dengan seorang guru yang menawarkan sekolah dimana dia bekerja.
yaitu di SMA ISLAM SUDIRMAN 2 BOYOLALI yang berada di jl.perintis kemerdekaan boyolali.
disana sangat murah,tapi ingat bukan murahan.
biaya pendaftarannya saja hanya 675.000 itupun sudah mendapat sragam,atribut lengkap,spp,biaya oprasional 1 tahun,dan masa orentiasi siswa.sangat membantu bagi orang seperti saya.
setelah saya masuk dan mulai proses belajar ternyata sangat enak dan tak kalah dengan sekolahan lainya.
di sana sudah di sediakan lab komputer,perpustakaan,ada tempat untuk main band,drum band,bahkan ada juga peralatan untuk main rebana,seperti habib syech itu loo..
disana proses belajarnya sebagian sudah menggunakan LCD proyektor.
dan lulusan dari sudirman akan langsung dicarikan pekerjaan,yang paling menyenagkan tidak di pungut biaya apapun alias gratis,para guru akan mengantarkan ke tempat pekerjaan tsb.

Once upon a time there was a prince he wanted to get himself a princess, but she had to be real princess. So he traveled all over the world to find one, but in every case something was the matter. There were lots of princess, but he could never quite make out whether they were real or not. So he came home feeling very unhappy, for really wanted to find a true princess.
One evening a terrible storm came; lightening flashed, thunder rolled, and the rain poured down in torrents-it was simply awful! Suddenly there was a knock at the city gate, and the old king went out to answer it.
There was a princess standing outside, but what a sight the rain and the bad weather had made of her! The water streamed down her hair and her clothes, and yet she said she was a real princess.
“It won’t take long to find that out,” thought the old Queen. Without saying anything, she went into bed chamber, took off all the bedclothes, and places one pea on the bottom boards of the bed. Then she took twenty mattresses and put them on top of the pea, and after that she put twenty feather-pillows on top of the mattresses.
That was where the princess was to spend the night.
In the morning they asked her how she had slept.
“Oh, dreadfully! said the princess. “I hardly slept a wink all night. Whatever could have been in the bed? I was lying on something so hard that I’m black and blue all over.”
So of course they could see that she was a real princess, since she had felt the pea through twenty mattresses and twenty feather-pillows. No one but a real princess could have such a tender skin as that.
So the prince took her for his wife, and they lived happily ever after.

Tabuhan is a lively unique cave
In the cave Nyi (Mrs.) Kamiyem and Ki (Mr.) Padmo sit on a stone. Nyi Kamiyem will sing a song and Ki Padmo will beat the drum. Joining them are people called wiyogo which are drummers and other gamelan musicians.
What makes this unique is that they mix gamelan with the sound of nature. The visitors dance, forgetting all problems.
Many tourists go to this cave. Maybe you are interested in going there too. But you don’t know where it is. Gua Tabuhan is located near Pacitan in east java. It is situated in a lime hill called Tapan, in Tabuhan, Wareng village. The route is easy. Along the road there is beautiful tropical scenery to enjoy-rice fields, coconut palms and birds.
East of the cave peddlers sell souvenirs. The drink and food peddlers are on the north. People sell agates on the cave terraces. Somehow, it is like a fair.
It is said that the cave is the only place where nature produces sounds like the music of gamelan. Nyi Kamiyem, the well down pesinden (traditional Javanese singer) from the village of Gabuhan, who often sings in the cave, does not doubt it.
Gua Tabuhan did not use to welcome visitor. According to Kartowiryo (90), village elder, gua Tabuhan used to be a hiding place for robbers. It was believed to be a sacred place. No one dared go inside. However, Wedana (chief of a district) Kertodiprojo, went to the cave to find out what was wrong. He found out that the cave was inhabited by the annoying evil spirits. The people chased the spirits away.
The cave is dark, so people need light, and a local guide will lead the way sometimes visitors bump their heads against the sharp rocks on the ceiling.
Inside the cave there is a plain. Big stone which is believed to be the prayer mat of Pangeran Diponogoro, one of the Indonesia heroes who fought against the Dutch. It is said that Pangeran Diponegoro used to seclude himself in the cave. Some people now use the place for meditation.
There is a stream in the cave, in the east corner, which can only be seen outside. However, it can be heard from inside.
Besides the cave, Watukarang, a beach nearby, is good to visit. By the way, want different souvenirs? You can find them in Donorodjo village where agate craftsman work. So, have a nice journey.

On the way home Misna met a handsome prince. He was interested in her and wanted to marry her. Misna told the prince that her mother had died and father married to another woman.
